DESCRIPTION:Held in Washington\, D.C. in March 2026\, this half-day event combined plenary presentations\, a panel discussion featuring city perspectives from Rwanda\, Mexico\, and Colombia\, and three parallel thematic workshops covering: Public Health and Road Safety; Business Models and Financing; and Regulation of Two-Wheelers. Together\, these sessions aimed to take stock of the latest regional trends and evidence\, identify concrete action areas\, and strengthen collaboration among key stakeholders. \nThe theme for the 4th P/PTD was “Advancing Paratransit / Popular Transport: From Understanding to Action.”
