2026 New Shared Mobility Summit

September 9 - September 11

Too many people lack safe, reliable, affordable transportation. Changing that requires people who trust each other, share a unified vision, and act together. The 2026 New Shared Mobility Summit (September 9-11 in Chicago, IL) brings together Change Leaders in regional Change Teams: cross-sector coalitions of 8-12 leaders from cities, transit agencies, community organizations, and philanthropy. Through virtual workshops, collaborative in-person sessions, and post-event follow-up, teams build deep relationships and commit to people-centered mobility. What Makes the New Summit Different:

  • Questions and conversations centered on insights from participants, not lectures from the stage
  • Shared agreements and intentional reflection to foster trust as a foundation for action
  • Local champions identify diverse leaders regardless of titles; fees are waived and travel stipends are offered to ensure equity
